• $419 for up to 4 labor hours of wood rot restoration/repair and interior carpentry, labor only
• Additional time can be purchased for $106 per hour
• Offer includes: Replace rotten wood, window and door frames repair, shutters, fascia, roof repair, siding, gutters, deck, trim replaced, shed repair trim installation; ventilating; and insulating
• Offer excludes: materials
• The service provider will not go higher than 40 feet
• Permits: not included, but if project requires a permit the service provider will coordinate and secure; the member is responsible for cost of permit, as cost varies by project type and local area
